sometime we see energy given to the number of nodes is 0.1,0.5,1.0 etc. My question is what is minimum and maximum energy given to the nodes present in wsn for energy efficient protocols.

0 for the minimum and 3600000000 maximum as of 2007, with an unverified claim of 15000000000 maximum that is disputed by someone who claims to have worked on several of the largest systems.

Well the systems with 3600000000 were over 400 tonnes, and you would have a really hard time getting 200 of them, as they cost several tens of millions of dollars each.
How much can you afford to spend per node? How much does the node cost without the battery? And what is the largest battery you can afford to buy with the remaining budget?
