Global Stiffness matrix for 3 node element

Can anyone help me to formulate a the Global stiffness matrix for 3 node element ? No. of elements can go till 80-100 so how do i put it in a for loop ?

Your global stiffness matrix depends on what problem you are solving i.e it depends on the governing equation. I suggest you to refer the following book:
