how to give matrix as input in matlab to program.how to predict disease using Extreme learning machine.

I am begginer for matlab and i want to predict disease using Extreme learning machine. i have http://www.ntu.edu.sg/home/egbhuang/elm_codes.html. but i can't understand how to start with it. please help me.
