Error using mex LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'ucrt.lib'

I am working on MatConvNet having windows 10 and Visual Studio 2015 while compiling "vl_compilenn" I receive error Error using mex LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'ucrt.lib'. Kindly help me regarding this. Thanks
