whats the difference between the norm of residuals and r-square? and how does it tell the GOF?

When i open the curve fitting tool by cftool, in that there is nothing such as norm.of residuals.
But,suppose if i open basic fitting from the Figure(plot of some data),and apply some basic fitting,i am getting value called norm.of residuals.
How do i select to measure GOF?
