plot two extreme points in one graph

I have two types of percentages- 40-70% and the other is 0.04-0.06%. I would like to plot both in the same graph. When I use the simple plot option, the low values come as a straight line near 0 point even when I try to change the axis. Is there any other way to plot these points?

You could use a semi-logarithmic plot.
