How do I use mux and demux blocks in simulink to generate x1 and x1hat in one graph, and x2 and x2hat in the other?

I am trying to simulate a 2nd order system using state fb and observers. I found state fb gain K and observer gain L.The overall closed loop system becomes a 4x4. The input would be a step to a state space block in simulink. I want to take the output to generate a graph with x1 and x1hat and another for x2. How do I use mux and demux blocks to accomplish this?
