Singular iteration matrix encountered when using implicit solver

Hi, while running the simulation, I have this message error:

"An error occurred while running the simulation and the simulation was terminated Caused by: Singular iteration matrix encountered when using implicit solver"

Can anyone help me solve this problem ?

What simulation are you running? If you are using your own model then could you attach it?

I am also facing the error.

When first encountered the error then I found a simulink block was not connected. Then I commented the simulink block and found the error is removed.

But again I am facing the same error evenif all the elements in the simulink are connected.
