how to threshold amplitude of all frequencies of an image ?

I need to implement the following line. Need code for any (gray scale) image:
Amplitude of each frequency component in the image (in frequency domain) must be higher than a threshold. e.g. If G is the image in the frequency domain then every element in G must be greater than a threshold.
Any Help would be great. Thanks in Advance
