How to save command window history

Hi,

I put diary(inputpath,'\out.log'), but my diary is on in the begening, and end after end of code. But if my code terminates (due to some error) I can not geet and log. Can I get the log even if the code (or simulation) terminates in the middle. Can any one help me on this.

You should be able to type

>> diary off

but better is to just use try/catch in your code to handle any possible errors so that your code does not bomb but exits in a controlled and graceful manner.
