busdate wrong output date

Hi,

R2016b; got a problem with busdate:

prev_date = busdate(datenum(num2str(20161024), 'yyyymmdd'), -1);
str2double(datestr(prev_date, 'yyyymmdd'))
20161021

should be 20161023.

Whats wrong here?
