how to have scale legend with quiver

Im using quiver, how can i have a scale for the arrows or color them now they are all blue in different arrow sizes but i dont know what those sizes they are.
(X,Y,E*scale_factor,W*scale_factor,'AutoScale','off')
This is what i mean by color and scale
