How can I make all the frames that I have extracted from a video and saved in a folder to perform the watershed segmentation?

So,I extracted and saved all the frames from a video,I was supposed to read,in a folder and that folder appears in matlab. I performed watershed segmentation on one frame,now I want all the frames that I have extracted to go through the watershed segmentation.My watershed function works fine but I couldn't get all the frames to go through the segmentation function.
