16 point DFT Filterbank

 How can I implement a 16 point DFT FIlterbank, Bandpass filters

The mathematical expression of m-th band of the filter bank is given by hm(n) = h(n) ·W(−mn,M) (m = 0, 1, ...,M − 1)

implementation in any model will work out !
