Solving differential equation in matrix form.

Hello, I am trying to solve a differential equation which is in matrix form with the following variables.

Ra1(n|t) and Ra2(n|t) be the probabilities of team A scoring n Goals in time t.

A picture of the equation is attached to this question.

It would be great if someone can help me in properly using matlab functions to solve this equation.
