I am buying laptop for use matlab with R. choosing AMD Radeon R5 M430 is suitable for matlab

AMD GPU is not supported. If you want to use GPU for your computation, use NVIDIA GPU with Compute Capability 2.0 or above. Please see the product requirements > Parallel Computing Toolbox in System Requirements page:

thank you for your response, i am not under stand the notes in https://in.mathworks.com/support/sysreq/current_release/ on linux graphics " *No specific graphics card is required.
Hardware accelerated graphics card supporting OpenGL 3.3 with 1GB GPU memory is recommended.*". so please explain "Is AMD support for OpenGL 3.3?"

AMD card is suitable for MATLAB graphics yes. Not for computation.
