Hello, I have extracted some shape parameters, and at this point I would like to project each one of these to an X-Y axis. Do you have any ideas how I could do that? Is this the same as plotting them or it is something totally different? Thank you

There are lots of "shape parameters", describing all sorts of things, in all sorts of ways. So your question as asked is meaningless.
This sounds like a situation where you were given a task by someone to do something where you don't really understand what they were asking. So your solution is to ask a question here, in a very confusing way, using jargon that you don't really understand.
The point is, we cannot possibly give you a valid answer to a question that you cannot even formulate clearly. The answer is simple though. Return to the person who assigned this task. Ask them to clarify what they need.

Hard to say without knowing what your parameters mean. What are they? I mean maybe one is just the number of vertices, and that wouldn't make sense to plot since it's just a scalar. But maybe the parameter is the distance of the perimeter from the centroid for every pixel in the perimeter, so that parameter might make sense to plot.

The parameters are the shape of images, processed by an Active Appearance Model and I would like to project each of these shape parameters to see where these projections are located in an axis.

Like John and I said, this is virtually meaningless and not helpful. I asked you what the parameters mean and you just repeated that they are parameters about shape. What if I told you I have 35 measurements from each of hundreds of people, and I want you to "project" them for me. But I'm not going to tell you that the parameters are their age, height, weight, race, skin color, plus 30 other categorical and numerical features/measurements. I'm just going to tell you that I have "parameters about people". You're just supposed to somehow know what measurements I've collected. Could you "project" my unknown parameters for me please? Yeah, I didn't think so.
My Mind Reading Toolbox trial expired so about all I can suggest is that you can project images using the radon transform, so be my guest at trying that on your mysterious parameters. I've attached a demo for what it's worth.
