Hi I am stuck on this function. I have a table with 4 differents variables like X=1 1.3 1.5 1.9 Y= 0.6 0.9 1.19 1.89 Z=-1 -1.5 -2.5 -3.6 T= 0.5 0.4 0.2 -1 How can I find a function between those variables?

You can do no more than linear for predictions, since you have 4 variables, and only 4 data points. It would probably be of the form
T = a1 + a2*X + a3*y + a4*z
so indeed linear. You could choose any of the 4 variables as the dependent variable here, since again, it is linear.
A = [ones(4,1),X(:),Y(:),Z(:)]\T(:)
The coefficients will be in the vector A.

It doesn't work I will attach a file(excel) so you can check it I tried everything but it didn't work at all. The formula is h=k*M^a*W^b*T^c. h=height, k=constant, M is mass W is Weidth, T is thickless. How can I apply the fuction to a given table?
