matlab access violation error

Hello
I was running a code on Matlab R2014a before and it was working absolutely fine. But after a some time when i was done debugging I ran the code again, Matlab crashes and I get access violation error.
I have attached the picture to show the error. Could someone help me understand the error.

Is this from a mex routine?
