Hello I need help with importing data to matlab

Hello I need to import data from this file, the file it's csv and I need to put it in cells and some of them it will be strings and the other numbers...

 I put this [num,txt,raw] = xlsread('casa1.csv')    or 
[num, txt, war] = csvread ('casa1.csv')
and I doesn't work
