How to use Cubic Spline interpolation in Simulink

I want to use cubic spline interpolation in simulink to interpolate 3 points but I'm unable to figure it out how I can do it with the help of n-D lookup block. If anyone knows how to perform interpolation in simulink using cubic spline please help me out. Thank
