How do image segmentation in SegmentTool?

Dear all,

I have image, which I would like to segmenting in SegmentTool. I imported this image into this application and marked interesting area for segmentation and confirmed segmentation by "enter" to saving in workspace. But when I want to export and save results, it appears "No circles detected" (below the window). How do I make those circles? I attach printscreen.

You could use imfreehand() first to draw a black line at the top and bottom of the "circle" to separate it from the tissue at the top and bottom.
