Can a concurrent license use to install difference version of MATLAB on a single server computer?

I have a concurrent license that previously I have used it to install MATLAB 2016a on my MATLAB server computer. Now, can I use it for MATLAB 2015b installation on the same server computer?
During the installation of MATLAB 2015b, every time I download the the license.lic file from MathWorks License Center, the license file (license.lic)that I get is always in 2016a version. Is the 2016a license.lic can be used to activate 2015b MATLAB?
