I removed an email with product key by mistake.

Hello, I erased an email which had a product key for MATLAB.

Please let me know how can I get the product key again.

I don’t know what ‘erased’ means with the email client you are using, but first check in the ‘deleted’ or ‘recycled’ email directories to see if you still might have it. (Note that you should not close your email client, since that may empty your deleted or recycled items directory.)

If recovering the email fails, see if you can access your email on your mobile phone. You likely will not have deleted the email from the server, so your mobile phone should be able to access it.

If that fails, contact MathWorks on Tuesday 06 Sep 2016. This is a long holiday weekend in the U.S.
