Object Detection in a Cluttered Scene Using Point Feature Matching

i want to detect objects by using this algorithm. but the real problem is that the training sets consist of one image at a time i want to train it with 120 categrios of images that are in folders, how to import these folders and train them.. i have to do it till saturday help help please :(
