Graph is not built correctly from adj Matrix

Well I try to create a directed graph using G=digraph(A) from adjMatrix A, where A(692,683)=1. Based on the incidence matrix the branch number is 701, but the table of G shows start node 692 and end note 683 at branch number 700...which is wrong!

Please help me out!
