Particle filter inputs - How can I filter a vector with it?

I want to use particle filter for a simple vector filtration. My problem is I dont really get where exactly should I put my vector to be filtered. For example if I use this example: http://se.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/35468-particle-filter-tutorial?s_tid=srchtitle

and I want to filter a vector with the form s=[1 2 10 4 1 6 4 8 1 10]. Or any other example works for me just to see how to put my values
