MATLAB account and password issues!

I am having trouble accessing my Mathworks account. The Mathworks account email is linked to my email account from my previous university. The university have since deactivated my email so I can no longer access it. Thus, when I try to reset my Mathworks password, the verification email is sent to my old university email and I can't access it. Any suggestions?
