How to call an entire Simulink Model from Stateflow?

I am trying in vain to call my Simulink model (containing some model references) form Stateflow and get back its outputs (or some of these). Or inline it in a Matlab Function Block and get its outputs. My aim is to call -- an instance of -- my model multiple times independently to its simulated instance in order to do some batch tests. I really need some help!
