Spatiotemporal and Optical flow

Hi

I have sent before question about this, but I couldn't find an answer:

what is the difference between the information that we get from Spatiotemporal features and that one that we get it from Optical flow

I mean that we can find out the location, direction and speed by both so what the difference between them?

is there a difference in the accuracy because the Optical flow is an apparent motion.
