How to deploy a interactive matlab figure online

Hi, I'm trying to embedded a matlab figure in browser. Now I'm using the WebFigure to achieve it. The question is that I want to drag around some text in the figure just like we usually did when plotting in matlab. I know that WebFigure provides some function like zoom in/out, rotate or move the whole part of the figure. Dose it also have the function that can drag specific parts like text inside the figure and how to do that? If it doesn't, do you know is there any other ways that we can deploying a matlab figure in a web application that allow us to do such operations.
