optimization problem for binary variables

i have formulated the optimization scenario using if else condition. i have tried with bintprog command in matlab . i have problem in giving inputs for this instruction bintprog so pls anyone help me to clear this problem. if any one working with optimization problem using the toolbox in matlab give me some idea.
