compatibility of Matlab with CCS

I need to transfer a model in Simulink to CCS, havent found any version of Matlab support CCS3.1 or Updated version like CCS5. I have a board of TI DSKc6713, with the shipping CD of the board there is the version of CCS3.1. And I need to use the Realtime algorithm, the updated version of CCS5 still supports this algorithm. So I want to know, wich version of Matlab support the version of CCS3.1 to CCS5. And how to establish the cnnection between two software.
