how to do Tampering with watermarked video ?

If the watermark is embedded inside the video and if want to apply some tempering(Means- apply some attacks like, gaussian, salt and pepper,etc)with the video,and also want to save that tampered video to check the efficiency of the algorithm.can anyone having the idea about that,plz share i need that.
