generating a matrix value

i have a an image ,please tell hoe to make some values zero in that matrix ,i am struck here for long time ,please help,like these i need 10amatrices

Walter i left out Pso at present since i am in need to submit my project,in next phase i decided to perform pso ,that is within a week ,now i want to do simple codings

that is

I have an image of 256x256,in thsese matrices i want to make some values as zero

for example let me consider 3x3

A=[2 3 9

1 8 5

2 7 6]

i need 10 matrix like

A_1=[2 0 9

0 8 0

2 7 0]

A_2=[0 3 9

1 0 5

0 0 6]

A_10=[2 3 0

0 8 0

2 7 0]

like this i need to perform for 256x256 matrix,please help,

Need to be more specific, like do you have special requirements for the entries that you want it to be 0's?

Simply put, a(i,j)==0 makes entry (i,j) in matrix a 0.
