Garch fit on a histogram comparing to normal

Dear All refering to a very helpful tutorial : "A stochastic processes toolkit for risk management".

The author represents their data as a histogram and then plots a normal distribution and then plots a simulated NGARCH simulation. Does anybody have the code for this?
