Error using open (line 163)

Hi, I'm trying to open some files of my master project, but cannot open them a error appears

Error using open (line 163) It's not a simulink model.

Can you help me please?, I changed the location of the files to C:/ after the error but happens the same.

That file is absolutely completely trashed. It now contains only binary 0's.
