bold a feature on decision tree

hey everyone

I'm working on a big Medical data set in order to achieve the important rate of any of the features to a spatial target. and my question is, how can i made a decision tree on MATLAB with spatial situation like: a- bold a feature and prune the others unnecessary features b- change position and place of features i mean if for any reason i decided to change the root feature, is it possible?

I would greatly appreciate any help
