Define level of noise on data set

Hello world,

i have a data set of 10X9702 size, with ordinal values in the range of 1-5, where I add "noise" through this process:

 for j=1:10
        for i=1:length(A)
            A(randi([1,10]),i)=randi([1,5]);
        end
    end

I was wondering whether there is a way that I can measure the "noise" of the whole data set, with a command such as snr, as I think that this one does not work for the nature of my data.
