(.rtd) file extension

I am doing research studies on IMRT and need to open the file from treatment planning system (TPS). rtd stands for real time dosimetry. I need to open and read the rtd file in order to make comparison with (.mcc) file obtained from detector array. Does anyone here know how to open and read file which is in (.rtd) format.

yes it is different from rtp. the information from rtd is able to make comparison with data in (.mcc) file. but i am having trouble to find the right command to open this rtd file. i will attach a sample of rtd file later.
