The program can't start because mclmcrrt8_4.dll is missing from your computer

When I launch an executable, I get this error "The program can't start because mclmcrrt8_4.dll is missing from your computer" Any ideas why? I'm using Windows 64-bit.

MCR 8.4 corresponds to MATLAB R2014b. You can download it from http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/
