how can i use gain scheduling control?

Hello everyone, i use matlab interpreted function in my code and i want to use gain schedule control.as you know when you use matlab interpreted function a function will appear on the code and i was wondering how can i use gain scheduling control in that function.i would appreciate if anyone can help.
