how to plot fft of signal with time axis ?

I have a pressure signal of length 5 seconds. I want to plot an FFT of the signal with one axis showing the amplitude, the second axis showing the frequency and third axis showing time.

If you have the Signal Processing Toolbox, use the spectrogram function.
