Problem with MaxFunEvals option

Dear Matlab users: I've got a following problem:

This type of message appears everytime: Maximum number of function evaluations has been exceeded - increase MaxFunEvals option.

The function:

larg=1000000;
smil=0.0001;
options = optimset('MaxFunEvals',larg,'MaxIter',larg,'TolX',smil);

I searched the forums, but I can't find a solution to my problem.

I hope someone can help me!
