Sync size of Panel with Axes?

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to sync the size of a uipanel with an axes that is using a plotboxaspect ratio. Everytime I maximize the window, the two sizes differ. Is there a way to keep it the same no matter the size of the window? Thanks.
