2006b to 2013b simulink block conversation

Please let me know how can I open and simulate my 2006b simulink block with auto target to 2013b simulink block model.

Open the model in 2013b. Go to "File", Then "Export Model to" and select "Previous Version"

Possibly Upgrade Advisor would make sense in this situation.
