Playing Guitar using Computer's Keyboard

I am now doing research to play traditional musical instrument which is guitar in a computer using the computer's keyboard. I have learned on the demo ">> filterguitar" in the Signal Processing Toolbox. I have two issues that I was dealing with.

First how to create just a simple coding in MATLAB to generate a sound of a few chords on the guitar like A, B, C, D, E, F and G chords.

And my second question is how to link the coding in the editor in MATLAB to the computer's keyboard.
