Not existing fields executing .exe created with Matlab Compiler

I have implemented a "software" in Matlab which contains .m and .fig, some folders with .xls files. During the execution these files are required. It works correctly if it is executed directly from Matlab. When I execute the .exe created with the Compiler App, the software does not start correctly, the error is that some fields do not exist.

Also, .xls files requested are not copied to the redistribution folder, I have to do it manually, do you know why?
