"Command Not Found". Simulink using Raspberry Pi.

I am running a Raspberry Pi 2 Model B using Simulink. The model is a simple one, it is to glow the on-board green LED of Pi. The model uploads correctly but when it opens the cmd window an error message gets displayed

sudo: /home/pi/LED/MW/LED_Blink command not found

Can anybody help ? Thank You.
