i.Divide a square(100 x 100)into given number of equal sized sub-squares. ii. Next, distribute 20 points inside the sub-square using Poisson distribution

For step ii. We need to find a random number based on intensity using Poisson distribution, such that the random number gives the number of points inside each sub-square. But, the total number of points must be equal to 20.
I need idea to generate points in step ii. Please help
